Average. This is the 2019 Boston Red Sox personified by their "official" whisky. There isn't a whole lot to even describe here. The taste is mediocre and somewhere lacking that certain *oomph*. You can distinguish it as an Irish but after that the flavor profile just drops. Imagine drinking a watered down Red Breast.The only saving grace is it's not harsh at all. It's easy to drink if you're not looking for a full flavor and just want drinkability. 5/10. Average.

Flat. This whisky is like drinking the experience of going to a baseball game: exciting at first, but mostly uneventful. It's not bad, but it's not lovely. This is a whisky I would select for a Yankee swap; one where if there was a weary traveler, I'd give him the bottle, but not a nobleman I was trying to impress. All in all, go sox! 4.5/10
