Heaven's Door

Bob Dylan's Heaven's Door sets the tone for this smooth jam of a whisky. Unlike most whiskies at this price, the flavor and sweetness there as well as the smoothness. The nose is great and you can smell the richness and body of this whisky. I like the flavor, the smoothness and the drinkability of this, a 9/10. Would definitely recommend.

It could be argued that this whisky brings you to Heaven's gate, it's that good. Perhaps the most striking feature of Bob Dylan's signature whisky is its smoothness. Really understated. But before the journey down the gullet, it tantalizes the tongue with some smooth, heavy caramel & vanilla flavors. And on top of all that, it is superb in its drinkability. On the rocks, it is thoroughly enjoyable. I would be thrilled to have this whisky again. 8.5/10
