Tonight, a little after our review period we tried a wing drenched in some of the hottest hot sauce know to man. Sean Evans is an absolute beast. To conquer what we conquered tonight is quite the feat and deserves to be recognized. This whisky, though, is quite the stand out as well. It's sweet and you get a lot of fruit undertones. I never really tasted the spices but I'm sure the more experienced palate could pick it up. It's quite smooth, and not harsh. Overall I give it an 8/10 because it impresses on most of the classic whisky categories.

We're going to the Winchester! tonight we learned a few things about limits; namely don't ever eat the hottest sauce from hot ones. It sucks! Sean Evans is a saint. As far as the whisky goes, holy moly, it was superb. My initial taste got the spices, the aroma was great, it was rich throughout, and full of flavor, definitely a solid companion during an otherwise ludicrous evening. Worst case scenario, submerge your afflicted body parts in almond milk. But always wash your hands. 8.5/10
