Smooth. Crisp. Tasty. Sweet. Great. Honestly this whisky is one of the best recommendations that I've had. As an Irish Whisky drinker this surpassed all I've had before. It's undeniably smooth at room temperature or on the rocks. It entices you to keep drinking, while at the same time relaxing you after a hard day. It has a sweet but not too sweet finish that will linger delightfully on your tongue.
Overall, this is short and sweet, one of the best whiskys that I have had. 9/10

Today was a good day. A day of friendship, teamwork, good whisky, and perseverance; the latter of which surely embodies one of the finest whiskys I have ever tasted: Redbreast 12. An Irishman once told me this was without a doubt one of his favorite whiskys of all time, calling it the "Christmas Cake of Whiskys". We didn't know what that was and so we looked it up. It looks delicious. I look forward to the day I can try it. But I feel confident I caught a taste of it tonight through Red Breast 12. From the initial uncorked nose, to the first taste, it was simply wonderful, comforting, smooth, full of flavor, inviting, and even more enjoyable on ice. It was just all around a beautifully made, delightful whisky that I would recommend to anyone. I happily give it a 10/10.
