Having an Irish whisky aged in bourbon casks is an excellent feature, and one I appreciate very much. It has smoothness, and drinkability of Irish whisky, but the bold flavors of a bourbon. Definitely a fan. This whisky also accompanied a very entertaining evening where we found out that no matter your place in the pecking order, sometimes you get so baked you pee through your bathrobe AND the porch seat cushion! A very pleasant evening hand-in-hand with a very pleasant whisky. 7.5/10
