Whistle Pig 15

This is fantastic without ice. You taste all of the flavor, feel no burn without it. It has so many complexities that come out in each sip, it's truly great. I'm conflicted because when you do add ice everything changes. You no longer get a complex whiskey, you get another Whistle Pig. They all have the same flavor profile to me. The struggle is real. It is really good, and raises the idea of adding ice at all.

Exceptional. Delicious. A true joy to enjoy. Very grateful to the Sivak Family for sharing their bounty with us, the barrel is a treat! Interestingly, ice does not seem to effectuate a better taste, but it also doesn't take away. Simply exceptional. Big Fan.
