This is officially our third Red Breast variety and honestly it does not disappoint. It's reminiscent of the 12 year witha little more strength and flavor. While it doesn't compare to the 21 year, it's miles ahead of its predecessors. There are few Irish whiskies that compare to Redbreast. And the nose plus finish really sets it apart. Flavorful, simple, delicious.

There's not much that can be said about this whisky that hasn't already been said. To me, it's immaculate; it's smooth, tasteful, bold and sophisticated. It comes from a humbling place, it's made with love. I would be ecstatic to have this whisky again. It is simply delightful.
