Swift Texas Whiskey

Intangibles

Aged in bourbon barrels and French sauternes casks, Swift Single Malt Sauternes is a hand crafted Texas Whiskey. They take the tight cuts off copper pot stills to fine-tune the spirit by taste.

Twice distilled from 100% Scottish malted barley, and aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels and then finished in Sauternes wine casks hand-selected from Bourdeaux. A rich, elegant whiskey balancing spiced vanilla and lemon curd with hints of honeysuckle and buttery caramel. Cheers!

Studied by Amanda, sipped by Nick. Thanks guys!

7.5/10

A crisp and refreshing take on whiskey. Amanda and Nick deliver with packing flavor into this bottle. It is light and drinkable with a hint of fruit and other flavors. The color and palate are unique and this new modern whiskey can compete with the classics. Overall a 7.5/10

7.5/10

Borderline refreshing; nice and lite but also with a well-rounded flavor profile. It's as minimalist as its logo, in the best of ways. Based on its roots, its flavor, its presentation, and the night overall, I look forward to revisiting this whisky. 7.5/10
